School-Based Prevention Programming
We collaborate with schools at every grade level to promote safe, respectful, and supportive environments for students. Our prevention education includes interactive classroom presentations for youth, along with focused training sessions for teachers and administrators on how to identify and respond to sexual harassment, acquaintance rape, and child sexual abuse.
Young people are disproportionately impacted by sexual violence. Youth ages 12–17 account for about one-third of reported sexual assaults, and teens ages 16–19 face a significantly higher risk than the general population. These statistics highlight the importance of prevention education and early intervention. Through our partnership with schools, students have access to on-site advocacy and support. Direct, in-person connection with a trained advocate can help young survivors feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healing process.
In addition to classroom education, we offer Drop-In Services within the school building, providing students with a confidential and accessible space to seek support if concerns arise.
Our programming is flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of each school community. Presentation topics may include:

Personal Space and Body Safety
